Role as an Institute Representative

As an Institute Representative, your role will be to actively share the details of the LitHeads Open Academia Program within your department and university networks. You will serve as a vital link between LitHeads and your institution—helping us reach more students, build an academic community, and ensure that valuable resources are accessible to everyone who needs them.

Role as an Academic Mentor

As a Mentor in the LitHeads Open Academia Program, your role will be to guide and support students in their academic journey. You will help simplify complex concepts, assist with academic writing, and provide direction for UGC NET preparation. Mentors will engage with students through discussions, doubt-solving sessions, and resource sharing, ensuring that learning remains accessible, inclusive, and free from gatekeeping. You will also play a key role in fostering a supportive academic community where students feel encouraged to ask questions, explore ideas, and grow with confidence.
